Back To School

Okay, so going back to school soon where I live.
Classes start here on Madeira Island and I think in Portugal in general on the 24th of September 2007, and seeing as I wrote myself into classes again after taking a break I will soon be in the hectic life of a student.
Well I am in the Portuguese 10th year starting on 24th, and I'm a bit behind, as I failed in the 7th and 9th once each and still was some time without studying, in which I tried to work abroad without success.
I tried going to the UK twice once to work as an Au-Pair in 2005 for to months and another in 2007 for about 2 weeks to work with horses, and though they didn't work out I did like the learning process...
Seeing as I'm going to be quite behind in terms of age I'm not sure how well I'm going to adapt to the colleagues that will be much younger then me... I estimate they will be about 16/17 wile I'm 20 to be 21 in April.
Well I must admit I'm a big mix of emotions, I'm nervous, anxious, pessimistic and positive at the same time, I feel my stomach doing 360º turns every time I even thing about it and it just keeps getting closer.
I was wondering when everyone else starts their classes and what their feeling are about it.
Our classes go from Monday to Friday we have weekends off and some holidays such as Christmas, Carnival... what about you?
Has everyone gotten their school supplies and any tips on how to not get picked on?
I for some reason though I consider myself I good friend tens to always get picked on every single year, it's as if I let out a certain hormone that says "Pick on me!"...
