Free Webcam Effects Software ManyCam

I was looking for software with cool effects for webcams whilist chating, but I found there is hardly any free ones, one that I came across that is free is one called ManyCam. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it's very close to it with quite a few nice simple effects and some a tad differant.
I can't say it's the most advances software, but I can say it's good for a freebie.
One note is it will download a ask toolbar with it if you want it to install, but make sure you remember to uncheck all the other thinks it askes to install.
